This amazing peaberry comes to us from a co-op of family-owned farms through a collaboration formed between Soochak Bush and Tropex, two companies who chose to combine their efforts in 1999, with the intent of improving coffee production in the Mbinga district of Tanzania.  Soochak Bush’s and Tropex’s efforts include providing operational support, a dry mill and transportation of coffee exports to the Tanzanian capital of Dar es Salaam, more than 1000 kilometers away. 

Roasted full city, this bean has a unique and savory flavor.  We highly recommend!
