This is our signature blend and one of our personal favorites.  A mix of of organic Mexican, New Guinea and Nicaraguan beans, the discerning coffee drinker might detect hints of dark chocolate and chestnuts in this mellow, but rich cup of coffee.  The bright flavor of the New Guinea beans combine nicely with the smooth rich flavor of the Mexican and Nicaraguan varietals.(1Lb. bag)
