This exquisite decaf blend is comprised of high quality, ethically sourced beans from Timor, Ethiopia, and Sumatra.  It's notable, all the beans for this blend were decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, which ensures full organic compliance. We roast this blend darker than most, which results in an extremely complex, earthy, full bodied cup of coffee.  The Komodo blend produces a nicely balanced cup of coffee with a gentle, clean flavor.
