This Fair Trade and Grower Certified Organic coffee comes to us from the island country of East Timor.  The Timor varietal of coffee was first discovered on the Indonesian island of West Timor in the 1940s.

The flavor is deep, slightly earthy and carries hints of cinnamon and cedar.  The acidity is vibrant, yet low-toned. You'll find this organic  bean produces a coffee with a medium to full body and an expansive taste.(1Lb bag)
